In 2012, We purchased this cute ranch in Plymouth.  It had been vacant for many years, and was in dire need of updating!  We remodeled the kitchen opening up the living space, totally renovated the bathroom, refinished the hardwood floors, and painted inside and out.  We sold it in early 2013 for a profit. The landscaping really created curb appeal that helped us sell this beautiful home!

This is one of our first Westland, MI homes.  We purchased it in a quite distressed state. After a new roof, new siding, new kitchen, new bathroom, and all new paint and wood floors, we sold it for a profit in 2012.

Solid brick ranches... we love them!  This home in Garden City was purchased in a distressed condition, and we completely renovated it. It is now one of our several successful rental homes.
